Experts Discussed the Effectiveness of Promotion Via the Internet
ExpoForum experts took part in a business breakfast dedicated to Internet marketing organized by both the Kommersant publishing house in St. Petersburg, as well as by Begun, the leading advertising network in the Russian internet.
The discussion focused on increasing the effectiveness of contextual advertising and devising more effective Internet advertising strategies. Speakers included Ludmila Ignateva, PR director at Begun; Alexei Dovzhikov, general director of E-Lama, a contextual advertising company; Svetlana Pavlova, general director of Beta; and Oxana Fedulova, development director at Kommersant publishing house in St. Petersburg.
Ekaterina Bogolyubova, PR director at ExpoForum, remarked that despite the many discussions in seminars and conferences on Internet marketing, the problem remains the same --- how to get better results for less money. ''This event was productive to the extent that it allowed us to exchange experiences with our colleagues and to see in which manner each of us have improved effectiveness in Internet marketing.''
On 27 April 2011, ExpoForum specialists completed the course, ``Managing Corporate Projects with the Help of Microsoft Project Professional и Microsoft Project Server 2010.''
By the end of 2011 the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) plans to open a special organization for conventions, reports RIA Novosti news agency.
On April 14, ExpoForum representatives gave a presentation at a seminar dedicated to helping natural gas distribution companies form a corporate image. The audience included PR specialists from 58 Russian natural gas distribution companies, as well as journalists. ExpoForum is organizing the St Petersburg Natural Gas Forum that will take place on May 31 to June 3 at the Lenexpo exhibition complex.
Today, representatives of ExpoForum, JSC met with leading Belgian companies that are visiting Russia as part of an economic mission led by HRH Prince Philippe of Belgium.
As a result of ExpoForum's presentation in February, as well as negotiations in March with top officials in China's convention and exhibition industry, the company has been invited to join the China Association of Exhibition Centres, (CAEC).
