Russia's Natural Gas Distribution Sector Will be the Topic of a Special Exhibition
On April 14, ExpoForum representatives gave a presentation at a seminar dedicated to helping natural gas distribution companies form a corporate image. The audience included PR specialists from 58 Russian natural gas distribution companies, as well as journalists. ExpoForum is organizing the St Petersburg Natural Gas Forum that will take place on May 31 to June 3 at the Lenexpo exhibition complex.
The seminar's main topic was the rebranding of OAO Gazpromregiongas, which as of April 15 will be known as OAO Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie.
Members of the St. Petersburg Gas Forum organizing committee gave a presentation on preparing stands for the special exhibition, ''Gas Distribution in Russia,'' which will take place within the framework of the Forum. Much attention was given to creating a unified corporate style for one's stand.
''Gas distribution in Russia will be the central theme at the St. Petersburg Natural Gas Forum 2011,'' said the Forum's director, and ExpoForum's head of congresses and events department, Svetlana Kogan. ''Therefore, we decided to have a special exhibition on this topic that will allow people to present the latest scientific achievements in this field. And in order to make the most of the exhibition, we have established strict requirements for exhibition stand design.''
On 27 April 2011, ExpoForum specialists completed the course, ``Managing Corporate Projects with the Help of Microsoft Project Professional и Microsoft Project Server 2010.''
By the end of 2011 the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) plans to open a special organization for conventions, reports RIA Novosti news agency.
ExpoForum experts took part in a business breakfast dedicated to Internet marketing organized by both the Kommersant publishing house in St. Petersburg, as well as by Begun, the leading advertising network in the Russian internet.
Today, representatives of ExpoForum, JSC met with leading Belgian companies that are visiting Russia as part of an economic mission led by HRH Prince Philippe of Belgium.
As a result of ExpoForum's presentation in February, as well as negotiations in March with top officials in China's convention and exhibition industry, the company has been invited to join the China Association of Exhibition Centres, (CAEC).
