ExpoForum to help cadets showcase their creativity
From 25Ц27 October 2012, St Petersburg will host an exhibition of creative works by pupils from Russian Ministry of Defence secondary schools, in honour of the 70th anniversary of the Suvorov movement in Russia.
From 25–27 October 2012, St Petersburg will host an exhibition of creative works by pupils from Russian Ministry of Defence secondary schools, in honour of the 70th anniversary of the Suvorov movement in Russia. It will feature cadets from 14 institutions across the country, and will take place at the St. Petersburg Suvorov Military School. ExpoForum will set up the exhibition space, organise the layout, and design, furnish, and equip the space free of charge. Sergei Voronkov, Executive Director of ExpoForum, commented: “ExpoForum is a leader in the exhibition market, so it is only natural that the Suvorov schools came to us for help. Showcasing children’s creativity is important in raising and nurturing future generations. It is a great honour for us to be a part of this.”
Pupils aged 11–17 will present their works in categories including Science and Education, Sport, Art, Technical Creativity, Trades and Crafts, Philology and Linguistics, The Lighter Side of Suvorov (Cadet) Life, and The World of Our Hobbies. The best works will receive certificates and other forms of recognition.
Assisting today’s young people with research and critical thinking skills; developing proficiency in technical and visual creativity, sport, science, and art; and identifying talent at an early age are all critical tasks and a moral imperative for business. ExpoForum is proud of its tradition of giving back to the community and supporting young people.
Today saw the opening of an exhibition of creative work by pupils from military schools across Russia, organised by the Department of Education of the Russian Ministry of Defence.
