The EF-International Ltd congratulates veterans from Pushkinsky District on Victory Day
Every year, on the eve of Victory Day, the EF-International Ltd organizes and conducts actions in support of veterans of the Great Patriotic War. This year, at the request of the Veterans Council of the Pushkin public organization of veterans (pensioners, disabled people) of war, labor, the company’s employees visited the war participants living in Pushkinsky District of Saint Petersburg, and handed them gift sets prepared by “Caramel Catering” (part of the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre Group).
Veterans warmly welcomed the company’s representatives. They told stories from their military childhood and youth, shared memories of the moment when they learnt about the beginning of the war, and how happy they were when they learned about the Great Victory. Today, many war participants are great-grandmothers and great-grandfathers more than once, and despite the love and care of their loved ones, each of them expressed sincere gratitude to attention of the company’s employees.
The management and staff of the company's group deeply honors and remembers the great feat of our people, who, at the cost of incredible efforts, and often their lives, defended their Homeland and peaceful life.
On May 5, in memory of the fallen soldiers, volunteers from the EF-International Ltd will take part in the annual action of the All-Russian public movement “Volunteers of Victory” – “St. George Ribbon”. At the Nevsky Prospekt metro station, they will give everyone the symbol of military glory, which is usually worn at the heart, as a sign of respect for the soldiers who fought for the Homeland.
