Medical Industry Exhibition presents advanced healthcare solutions
The exhibition welcomes both professionals from the world of medicine and healthcare, and ordinary citizens of St. Petersburg – all those who care about wellbeing and are interested in modern health products.
A real medical laboratory is deployed at the stand of the St. Petersburg Healthcare Committee. Visitors can have a computerized heart screening with a cardiac imager, check intraocular pressure and blood sugar levels. The City Center of Medical Prevention deployed its office in a large passageway and offers guests to undergo a comprehensive examination and visit four professionals: a surgeon, a neurologist, an urologist and a dermatologist. All you have to do to participate is fill out an application form.
The International Consultative Diagnostic Medical Center from Tula demonstrates products for improving intestinal microflora – symbionts and Kutushov microbiotics, developed by Academician M. V. Kutushov. The products can be tasted right at the exhibition.
Within the exposition, specialists can learn about the equipment and solutions of Russian and foreign manufacturers, for example, state-owned Ryazan Instrument Plant and others.
The famous Yamaguchi massage chairs, Schmitz medical furniture, Alina respirators and dozens of kinds of medical equipment and products are presented here.
Promsnab demonstrates isolation boxes for patients. These special mobile vehicles can be used to transport patients suspected of being infected with particularly dangerous infections, affected by microbiological substances, and from contaminated areas. Isolators are provided with exhaust systems, pressure control, filters, chamber gloves and ports for connection of external devices.
Nevskie Medical Systems, the official representative of international manufacturer Richard Wolf GmbH in Russia, brought endoscopy equipment to the exhibition. In addition, the company introduces a smart operating room system that supports workflows in operating rooms, intensive care units and clinics.
All-Russian Center for Emergency and Radiation Medicine named after A. M. Nikiforov of the EMERCOM of Russia is based in the passageway and demonstrates the mobile intensive care unit and several modern modules of domestic development. One of them is the Universal Medical Aerial Module, which is mounted on helicopters and airplanes and helps evacuate extremely severe and critically ill patients.

At the exhibition, on top of studying medical products, you can also learn vital first aid skills. For example, at the stand of the Russian EMERCOM, you can learn how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a special mannequin.
