National qualification system, labour market and vocational education – what will they talk about at the “Russian Industrialist”?
The All-Russian Forum will address strategic issues of developing the National Qualifications System and the labour market, present cases and best practices for introduction of new forms professional education, interaction of employers and educational institutions, independent assessment of qualifications.
On November 29, 2022, at 16:00, the key event of the Forum will take part – the Plenary Session of the Forum “National Qualifications System: Outcomes, Objectives, Prospects”.
For speaking at the Plenary Session, the following officials are invited: Tatiana Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister, Denis Manturov, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Aleksandr Shokhin, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Chairman of the National Council for Professional Qualifications under the President of the Russian Federation, heads of Federal Ministries, heads of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, representatives of the State Duma, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, the RSPP and specialized non-profit organizations.
It is announced that the speakers and guests of the Forum will discuss, inter alia, the best HR practices and tools for improving efficiency of HR-management, development of corporate universities, formation of the personnel reserve, HR-tech technologies.
Other topics for discussion will also include federal projects “Employment Promotion”, ”Training Professionals”, “Personnel for Digital Economy”, “Advanced Engineering Schools”, the long-term program intended for promoting youth employment for the period up to 2030.
