St. Petersburg: the Labour Capital of Russia!
The exhibition’s aim was to present products, services and developments linked with quality control and special evaluations of labour conditions and best practice systems for protecting workers in security companies.
Petr Tishchenko, deputy chairman of the St. Petersburg Committee for Labour and Employment; Egor Ivanov, head of the State Labour Inspection of the Federal Service for Labour and Employment of the Russian Federation and Vladimir Kotov, president of the Association of Designers, Manufacturers and Suppliers of Personal Protective Equipment spoke at the opening ceremony.
Sergey Voronkov, general director of Expoforum International, wished all the participants successful work. He mentioned the social importance of CUBE EXPO 2020: ‘We are pleased to note that injury rates in Russia are falling. We hope that this event will contribute to the promotion of culture, safety and personal protective equipment. More than 50 companies from seven federal subjects of Russia are presenting their products today.’
At the opening ceremony of CUBE EXPO ‘Staff. Management. Safety’, an agreement was signed by the Association of Designers, Manufacturers and Suppliers of Personal Protective Equipment and Expoforum International. This agreement is designed to add momentum to the development of the work safety and security market and to increase the role of preventative training for specialists and staff.
The fourth St. Petersburg International Labour Forum and the fourth specialised workplace safety and staff development exhibition, CUBE EXPO 2020 will be held in the Expoforum convention and exhibition centre from 27 to 28 February.
