One of the oldest exhibitions of the pulp and paper industry opened at the EXPOFORUM
Environmental safety in the pulp and paper industry (PPI), digitalization, cybersecurity and many other issues will be discussed at the Exhibition “PulpForExpo 2022” on November 15–17, at the EXPOFORUM.
The Exhibition presents equipment for production of pulp, paper, cardboard, containers, packaging. Measuring and control devices, laboratory equipment. Equipment for cleaning gas and dust emissions, wastewater treatment, water treatment, recycling and waste disposal. Chemicals for PPI.
In framework of the business program, the most important issues and current problems of the industry will be discussed. Among them:
- The PPI in the closed-loop economy system;
- Prospects for development of the PPI of the Russian Federation in context of the ongoing sanctions;
- Implementation of investment and infrastructure programs and projects;
- Environmental safety in the PPI;
- Export potential of the industry;
- Import substitution and parallel import capabilities;
- Restoring old and building new logistics chains;
- Improvement of legislation: stimulating the industry;
- Digitalization and cybersecurity;
- Implementation of the Strategy for Development of the Country’s Forestry until 2030.
This year the Exhibition is held for the 30th time. Over the time, the project has proved to be the key industry event having authority with the professional community.

The potential of medical and health tourism was presented in St. Petersburg
The St. Petersburg Expert Forum on Medical and Health Tourism was held at the ExpoForum on October 4-5. The participants presented a whole set of opportunities for Russian and foreign tourists and were the first in the world to conduct the unique event – the Medical Hub workshop.
