On April 10, the opening ceremony of the International Exhibition of «Housing and Communal Services of Russia — 2025» took place at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Center.

The first speaker was Evgeny Razumishkin, Vice Governor of St. Petersburg.

«I would like to wish the participants new solutions to the old problems that exist in the housing and communal services industry. There are many thematic sections and expert presentations planned at the Exhibition, so I am sure that colleagues will learn a lot of useful things for themselves,» Razumishkin said.

Svetlana Razvorotneva, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services, noted that St. Petersburg has become a platform for innovations in housing and communal services and wished the industry effective work at the Exhibition.

Olga Sharova, Director of the Strategic Projects Department at the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, said that the housing and communal services industry was receiving great attention from Russian President Vladimir Putin and government authorities.

«The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the regions, is actively working on housing construction, modernization of communal infrastructure, landscaping, and active implementation of innovative technological solutions. The National Project «Infrastructure for Life», launched in 2025, is aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens in the regions,» Sharova said.

In conclusion, Sergey Voronkov, General Director of ExpoForum International, President of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs, delivered a speech.

«The «Housing and Communal Services of Russia» exhibition is held simultaneously with several projects in the field of fuel and energy complex. Our goal is to provide specialists not only with the opportunity to exchange practices and discuss new trends, but also to meet with suppliers of goods and services,» Voronkov said.

The international exhibition «Housing and Communal Services of Russia — 2025» is held at Expoforum on April 9–11. The congress program includes 8 thematic areas, including the plenary session «Strategic development of the housing and communal services industry: New challenges and ways to overcome them».

The joint exposition of the Exhibition «Housing and Communal Services of Russia», the Exhibition «Energy and Electrical Engineering» within the framework of the RIEF-2025, the Exhibition «Welding», the Exhibition-Congress «Rustproofing», the Exhibition of HI-TECH innovations, the Specialized Exhibition «Integrated Protection Systems for Fuel and Energy Complex Facilities», as well as the St. Petersburg Technical Fair, amounted to 8 thousand sq. m. It is attended by 200 companies from Russia, Belarus, China, India, and Iran.

Over 8 thousand visitors from 12 countries are expected at the events.
