Participants in the agreements were representatives of regional authorities, educational institutions and specialized associations that joined forces to solve urgent environmental problems.

• The State-Owned Institution of the Krasnodar Krai «Directorate for Management of Specially Protected Nature Areas of the Krasnodar Krai» and the Leningrad Regional State Budgetary Institution «Directorate for Specially Protected Nature Areas of the Leningrad Region» signed the cooperation agreement. The signatories of the agreement were Yury Bakharev, Director of the State-Owned Institution of the Krasnodar Krai «Directorate for Management of Specially Protected Nature Areas of the Krasnodar Krai», and Aleksander Siluyanov, Director of the Leningrad Regional State Budgetary Institution «Directorate for Specially Protected Nature Areas of the Leningrad Region».
• The State-Owned Institution of the Krasnodar Krai «Directorate for Management of Specially Protected Nature Areas of the Krasnodar Krai» and the Leningrad Regional State Budgetary Institution «Directorate for Specially Protected Nature Areas of the Leningrad Region» signed the agreement aimed at joint work on conservation and development of specially protected nature areas, the exchange of experience in the field of management of natural parks, as well as implementation of environmental initiatives and projects. The signatories of the agreement were Aleksey Kashirin, Director of the State Budgetary Institution «Directorate for Natural Parks of Krasnodar Krai», and Aleksander Siluyanov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution «Directorate for Specially Protected Nature Areas of the Leningrad Region».
• The Ministry of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Krai and the Committee on Natural Resources of the Leningrad Region signed the agreement aimed at strengthening cooperation between the regions in the field of natural resource management, environmental protection and introduction of sustainable environmental practices. The agreement was signed by Aleksander Kainov, First Deputy Minister of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Krai, and Dmitry Khaltunen, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Natural Resources of the Leningrad Region.
• The Association for Promotion of Closed-Loop Economy «Resurs» and the Association for Development of Digitalization and Technological Support for Environmental Monitoring signed the cooperation agreement aimed at developing non-commercial information and organizational interaction in the field of environmental monitoring, waste management, separate collection and use of secondary resources. The parties also agreed to jointly develop state standards, codes of rules and proposals for sectoral government programs, which will be an important step in creating favorable conditions for developing closed-loop economy in Russia. The agreement was signed by Valeria Gulimova, Executive Director of the Association for Promotion of Closed-Loop Economy «Resurs», and Vladislav Kudryavtsev, Executive Director of the Association for Development of Digitalization and Technological Support for Environmental Monitoring.
• The Committee on State Environmental Supervision of the Leningrad Region and Pushkin Leningrad State University signed the agreement aimed at implementing key principles of environmental protection, including mandatory participation in environmental activities, development of environmental education and upbringing, as well as formation of the environmental culture. The agreement was signed by Ramila Agayeva, Chairperson of the Committee on State Environmental Supervision of the Leningrad Region, and Grigory Dvas, Rector of Pushkin Leningrad State University.
