As part of the first day of the XXVIII International Forum-Exhibition «Russian Industrialist», which began its work at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre, the winners of the annual contests «Leader of Industry» and «Leader of High Technologies» were named.

 

The participants of the competitions work in important areas of technological development for the Russian Federation, including ten end-to-end technologies and eight areas of industrial development, which are defined by the list of the government of the country. «The contests date back to 1998 and this year they celebrate their 25th anniversary», said Ekaterina Skarednova-Vais, director of the contests.

Among the winners of the All-Russian contests «Leader of Industry» and «Leader of High Technologies», there are enterprises that have built their production facilities entirely on Russian resources: from the idea of the project, the construction of the plant to the production of a wide range of industrial products entirely from domestic materials. In 2024, the winners of the competitions included companies from 15 Russian regions, including Moscow and the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Kalmykia, Kursk, Tver, Penza, Saratov and Tambov Regions. «Our contests are supported by everyone: relevant ministries, State Duma deputies, regional authorities, industry associations and professional associations», said Natalia Ivanova, Chairman of the Expert Council of the contests, Corporate Director of the Leontief Centre – AV Group Consortium, Head of the Joint Directorate of the ecosystem of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Business Association.

The first companies to receive high awards during the ceremony were enterprises of the Kursk Region: Energotex JSC, Soyuztextil-ST LLC, Kursk Factory of Technical Fabrics, Kursk Battery Plant, Kursk Electrical Equipment Plant JSC and Synthetic Industrial Materials LLC (Vagonmash Group of Companies). On behalf of the head of the region, Sergey Starodubtsev, Deputy Governor of the Kursk Region, congratulated them. He stressed that, despite the difficult situation, Kursk enterprises continue to produce high-quality products.

The «Industry Leaders – 2024» are: Aviakor – Aviation Plant JSC (Samara), Kulebaksky Metal Structures Plant JSC, Inkom Plant LLC, Biaxplen LLC and Transpneumatika JSC from the Nizhny Novgorod Region and Blackhos Corporation JSC from the Moscow Region. The winners also include St. Petersburg PC Integrated Solutions LLC, Reman-Service LLC from Yekaterinburg, NPP Meteor-Kurs LLC and Texkor JSC (Volgograd Region), Sever-Trak LLC and Severboat LLC from Krasnoyarsk. The winners’ diplomas were awarded to Kimry Gorky Factory JSC (Tver Region), Interstroy LLC and Stepnoy Tulpan LLC (Republic of Kalmykia), Moscow Mikbiotech LLC and Saratov Meat Club LLC. The jury also noted the success of the creators of the cosmetics brand Molecular (Moscow) and the trademark «Oirat» (Kalmykia) – individual entrepreneurs Nikolai Strelchenko and Delgir Saraganova.

Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry and Technology of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, stressed that the award ceremony brought together «modern enterprises that meet the requirements of Russia. These enterprises invest in the development of production facilities, in high technologies and are at the head of the movement towards technological sovereignty». Participation in the Industry Leader and High Technology Leader contests allows companies to express themselves, their products and technologies, added Vladimir Sokolov, Vice President of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs.

The diploma of the winner of the «Industry Leader» in the nomination «Oil Refining Industry» was awarded to Achinsk Oil Refinery of the Eastern Oil Company JSC (Krasnoyarsk), part of Rosneft Oil Company. Nizhny Novgorod Doza-Agro LLC, which manufactures equipment for feed mills, became the «Industry Leader» in the Agro-Industrial Complex nomination. In the special nomination «Engineer of the Year», the winner’s diploma «For outstanding achievements in the field of engineering for the oil and gas chemical and machine-building industries» was awarded to Vladimir Andreev, a specialist from Saratov.

The competition «Leader of High Technologies – 2024» was won by the enterprises Roskhimzashita (Tambov), Izolyator-BB (Moscow Region), the Semiconductor Devices Plant (Yoshkar-Ola), Scientific Research and Design Institute of Radioelectronic Technology of the Rosatom State Corporation (Penza Region). The winners’ diplomas were awarded to the developments of Skolkovo resident NPP Losev LLC, the scientific and technological testing ground of Lukoil PJSC, RITEK (Samara), Foliplast TPK and the Khiminvest Scientific and Technical Center from Nizhny Novgorod, the St. Petersburg Association of Enterprises for the Development and Production of Robotics and Intelligent Control Systems Industrial cluster «Consortium of Robotics and Intelligent Control Systems». Among the «Leaders of High Technologies – 2024», there are also the founder of Mobile Service and APPLE33 companies, individual entrepreneur Egor Gavrilov from Vladimir, Moon People and GAYA companies from St. Petersburg, Olga Moroz Clinic of Aesthetic Medicine and Bibibands LLC from Moscow.

«Currently, the strategic priority of the Russian Federation is the tasks set in 19 national projects that will determine the further development of our country. It is gratifying to see that domestic leaders – manufacturing and high-tech companies – are making a significant contribution to the implementation of the tasks set by national projects», states Ekaterina Skarednova-Weiss, Director of the Competitions.
