Enterprises from St. Petersburg and other cities demonstrated their new developments and products at the XXVIII International Forum-Exhibition «Russian Industrialist», which took place in the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The delegation members examined new developments of companies from different regions of Russia after the grand opening of the Forum.

The stands of enterprises and subjects of the Russian Federation were inspected by the President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin, the First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Vasily Osmakov, the Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Kirill Polyakov, the Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus Denis Bakei, as well as representatives of the St. Petersburg Government.

The delegation members were interested in the work of Meteor Lift LLC. The company is engaged in production and repair of lifts. The company representatives demonstrated their product – a new generation winch. This is a popular model that can be easily placed inside the lift shaft.

Representatives of Balt-System LLC also spoke about their work. The enterprise produces numerically steered equipment (NSE), drives and feed motors. Speaking about the NSE features, the company representatives noted that, unfortunately, the microcircuits for the equipment are not yet produced in Russia. «We are looking, but imported analogues have not yet appeared on the market», – said the representatives of Balt-Systems.

Then the delegation inspected the stand of Navigator Institute of Aviation Instrumentation JSC. This company develops and produces on-board radio-electronic equipment for aircraft: on-board equipment systems, including flight safety systems, aircraft transponders, and surveillance systems. Currently, Navigator supplies its goods for production of MS-21 aircrafts and Ka-52 helicopters.

Katyusha SC demonstrated printing devices and software for printing management. The company has now begun to create a new production site in the Leningrad Region. Here Katyusha expects to create an innovative production cluster, which will include production facilities and warehouses. The project is being implemented within the framework of special investment contract.

At the same time, head office and main contractors of Katyusha are located in St. Petersburg. According to the Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, Kirill Polyakov, this is normal practice when the enterprise with its head office and development centre in St. Petersburg expands its production in the neighboring region – the Leningrad Region.

The delegation also inspected the stands of enterprises that are members of the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. In particular, this is CNCINS, which produces tools and equipment for CNC machines, Polimerrus, which produces industrial cleaning products, and ANT-Group, manufacturer of metal structures. Representatives of ANT-Group spoke about their new development – the system for protecting various objects from drones and UAVs. The company has already signed a contract to supply protection systems to Rosatom.

St. Petersburg Trading House Gefest LLC, which produces manual laser welding machines under SEKIRUS brand, presented its products. In the latest developments, specialists have equipped the machines with so-called technical vision and laser beam guidance systems. Gefest Trading House actively uses government support measures. For example, last year the company opened a new import-substituting production of multifunctional laser robotic systems, using a loan from the Industrial Development Fund to implement the project.

ASF-Razvitie, which supplies shut-off and control and wellhead valves to oil, gas and chemical complexes, also presented its products at the exhibition.

The delegation examined the stand of the Industrial Development Fund (IDF) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. As the IDF representatives noted, they are actively promoting their activities and services at the exhibition.

Representatives of enterprises from the Ryazan region spoke about their work. So, Tochinvest produces road barrier fencing.

The products of ControlGate were presented at the Krasnodar Region stand. It develops software and hardware-software complexes in the field of access control and time tracking systems. ControlGate supplies its products, in particular, to the Krasnaya Polyana resort in Sochi, to schools, offices and other organizations.

Ilim and Pharmasyntez companies were presented at the stand of the Irkutsk region. As representatives of the Irkutsk Region administration reported, Ilim is actively developing in the region and plans to transfer some of its management companies from St. Petersburg to the Irkutsk Region. Pharmasyntez announced the launch of innovative drug for treatment of adhesive disease at its plant in the Irkutsk region.

The delegation of distinguished guests also visited the stands of Gomelmash, Mitrax, and MAZ.
