The personnel issue is one of the strategic problems of the Russian economy. The country lacks over 2.7 million people in the labor market. The new National project «Personnel», launched on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin, is aimed at overcoming the personnel shortage, training and educating new highly qualified specialists.
The employment market today is a job seeker’s market. The shortage in working professions is especially acute. In St. Petersburg, the demand for them is growing by 15–20% annually.
In such conditions, enterprises strive to develop corporate and HR culture, set standards in the field of occupational safety and health, and define human capital as the main value and asset of the company.
In total, together with the CUBE EXPO exhibition, the congress program of the Labor Forum includes over 60 events on 14 thematic tracks. Experts will discuss the employment of SMO participants, technological innovations and the use of artificial intelligence in the field of HR, digitalization of labor protection, changes in legislation, personnel policy, and many other issues.
The novelty of this year is interactive formats. The CUBE EXPO exhibition focuses on technologies that simplify the work of employees and increase labor productivity.
«Over 50 participants will demonstrate the latest means of protecting workers from industrial risks, developments in the field of occupational safety, employment, prevention of occupational diseases, IT solutions for personnel management and occupational safety. The Business Contact Center will be open on the site for two days. Over 1 thousand direct negotiations between the largest customers and suppliers of unique domestic solutions in the field of occupational safety and personnel management will take place: Labor Protection Day will be held on April 3, HR Day on April 4,» said Sergey Voronkov.
A striking addition to the exhibition program is an interactive game track. There are 9 planned games on environmental safety, industrial risk assessment, building communication at the enterprise, providing first aid, etc.
Over 10 thousand visitors are expected at the Labor Forum and the CUBE EXPO exhibition.
The events will be held on April 2–4, 2025.
