The event will be held on November 29 – December 01 at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre.

On November 29, at 14:00, the RSPP Open Coordination Council on import substitution, technological independence and investment activity will be held. Session: Technological sovereignty and reverse engineering. The meeting will be attended by Aleksandr Shokhin, President of the RSPP, members of the Bureau of the Union Board and the Coordinating Council.

As part of the business program of the Forum, open meetings of the RSPP committees and commissions are also planned. Participants of the meetings will be representatives of government authorities, market leaders, as well as specialized development institutions. They will discuss advanced tools for development of industries, import substitution opportunities, and present work plans of the committees and commissions for the next year.

On November 29, at 16:00, the joint meeting of the RSPP Commission on the Chemical Industry, the Commission on the Agroindustrial Complex and the RSPP Commission on fertilizers production and market will be held. The meeting will be attended by Viktor Ivanov, President of the Russian Union of Chemists, member of the RSPP Board, Chairman of the RSPP Commission on the Chemical Industry.

The following events will be held on November 30:

At 16:15, at the meeting of the RSPP Committee on Digital Economy, cybersecurity of crucial information infrastructure at industrial enterprises will be discussed.

The event moderator is Mikhail Oseevsky, member of the Bureau of the RSPP Board, Chairman of the Coordinating Council on Digitalization, Chairman of the RSPP Committee on Digital Economy, President of “Rostelecom” PJSC.

The joint meeting of the RSPP Committee on Industrial Policy and Technical Regulation and the RSPP Committee on Integration of the Trade and Customs Policy and the WTO will begin at 12:00. The event theme is: “Standardization as the Tool for Solving Import Substitution Tasks”.

Among the speakers, there are:

•  Dmitry Pumpyansky, member of the RSPP Board, Chairman of the RSPP Committee on Technical Regulation
• Aleksey Mordashov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Severstal” PJSC.

The meeting of the RSPP Commission on Automotive and Agricultural Engineering, which will also begin at 12:00, is going to discuss national challenges for the automotive industry in context of economic and technological restrains. One of the speakers is Sergey Kogogin, Chairman of the Commission, CEO of “KAMAZ” PJSC.

At 16:15, at the open meeting of the RSPP Commission on Construction Complex, with participation of Vladimir Yakovlev, Chairman of the Commission, President of the Russian Union of Builders, interaction of the RSPP and the Ministry of Construction of Russia, as well as the construction industry development in current conditions, will be discussed.

At the same day, meetings of the RSPP Commission on Communications and Information and Communication Technologies, the RSPP Commission on Radioelectronic and Electrical Industry, the RSPP Commission on Mechanical Engineering, the RSPP Committee on the Research, Educational and Innovation Policy, the RSPP Committee on International Cooperation, the RSPP Committee on Vocational Training and Professional Qualifications, as well as the panel session on industrial tourism will be held, which will be conducted by the RSPP Business School and the RSPP Commission on the Tourism Industry.

On December 01, at the meeting of the RSPP Commission on Congress and Exhibition Activities, they will share and discuss the experience of interaction of event organizers with the RSPP regional offices. The event will be moderated by Sergey Voronkov, Chairman of the Commission, President of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs, CEO of the company EF International Ltd.
