The exhibition CUBE EXPO “Personnel. Management. Safety” brings together leading specialists in occupational safety, special estimation of working conditions (SOUT), HR sector, suppliers and service providers, specialists of leading Russian enterprises, as well as representatives of federal and regional government authorities.

The business program speakers will share their experience and make presentations on topical issues of the industry: problems of compliance with labour legislation, issues of personnel records management and labour protection, training of workers in the field of occupational safety, new approaches to state supervision in the field of labour, outsourcing in occupational safety and women’s leadership in occupational safety.

A separate block of events is dedicated to discussing occupational safety and personnel development in the Arctic zone. Participants of the events will present to the audience efficient methods and ways of personnel training in the field of industrial safety in regions with extreme climatic conditions, preventive methods of reducing the number of accidents at enterprises.

Discussing problems of the oil and gas sector, shipbuilding and infrastructure construction, experts will share efficient practices for ensuring and developing the occupational safety management system in these industries.

In 2023, the CUBE EXPO focuses on interactive formats of communication with the target audience, therefore, within the framework of the interactive program, presentation platforms, demonstration performances at the high-altitude training ground, the zone of game solutions and the gallery of novelties are planned.

Every year, during the CUBE EXPO, the Business Contact Center operates, which is a platform for meeting suppliers of goods and services with buyers, where you can negotiate with the largest purchasing companies at the federal and regional levels. This is one of the key business events of the Forum, the purpose of which is to provide bilateral assistance to service providers and product manufacturers — in finding new sales markets, and to organizations — in finding contractors and performers. The exhibition is held in framework of the VII Saint Petersburg International Labour Forum, the largest in the Eurasian space discussion platform in the field of human capital development and labour relations. The Forum is organized with support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and the Government of Saint Petersburg.

The key event of the Labour Forum will be the Plenary Session “Personnel of the Era of Change: Between New Employment and Total Deficit”; the following persons are invited to participate: Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatiana Golikova, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Anton Kotyakov, representatives of relevant companies and organizations. In total, more than a hundred conferences, panel discussions, round tables, sections, breakfast meetings and workshops are planned within the framework of the Forum.
